A: If you do not have someone to nominate as a UK-based guarantor, you can use the services of Housing Hand. They can act as your guarantor.

A: Advance rent replaces deposits for all of our bookings. It is an upfront payment, usually a small percentage of your total rent (up to 2%). This amount is deducted from your first rent installment and is required when you book your room.

A: Yes, all bills (water, gas, Wi-Fi, and other utilities) are included in your weekly rent. There are no hidden charges. The cost for the room and the advance rent are all that you will be expected to pay.
